Role Summary
Input daily sales order data into ERP system
Answer customer and salesperson questions on sales orders
Process sales returns or order cancellation and communicate to the relevant departments
Identify inventory level discrepancies and communicate to relevant department to ensure inventory accuracy
Participate in bi- yearly stocktake process
Requirement
Good command in English and Chinese language (written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel)

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 ; Saturday 08:30 - 13:00

Role Summary
General Duties of Shipping Clerk
Handle I/E full set shipping documents and declaration
Follow up on order and shipment schedules with vendors
Work closely with forwarders/agents regarding shipments
Contact/liaise with third parties (external warehouse) for container unload
Inventory monitoring and maintenance
Bi-Annual Stocktake
Requirement
Competent knowledge of shipping and logistics
Use of ERP system
Competent use of Tradelink, OnePort and Food Trader Portal
